Charges vary from hospital to hospital but it's minor procedure so won't cost much.but should be done in operation theatre.
If not scooped out the contents some times the swelling persist post surgery .
You might get chalazion in future again because there are Many glands in eye lid.
It's a simple and minor procedure , you can go ahead for surgical procedure if it's not getting resolved with medication.
