A simple anechoic cyst in right ovary
I was just having spotting after 10-12 days of my periods. That stay for atleast 3 days . After that i'm having right side little bit discomfort all the time in my lower back & feeling bloated . I have gone through a TVS ultrasound and found that there is 3.5 cm long cyst in my right ovary .. so should i worry about these symptoms or it will go in its own??????

Further details of the ultrasound are required
Total days of bleeding including spotting should not be more than 7 and you should not bleed or spot before 21 days counting from day one of the period
