  4. A mark on the Feet. The picture as well.

A mark on the Feet
I noticed a mark on my left feet. I don't know what it is. I haven't hurt my feet anywhere although I have a persisting pain in the bone there (has been for more than 5years). That mark appeared yesterday. Please guide me, I'm attaching the picture as well. Thank you!
