A Lymphoceal on my penis
I just noticed a bump/lump or a vein like thing on my penis after masterbation. I looked on internet and I'm pretty sure it a lymphoceal. Is is safe ? It doesn't pain. Hard when penis is erect and kind of pressable when not erect. How to treat it ? I earlier ignored it but now its a bit big and im worried. Im just 17 . Help . I have attached a pic.

It is not a a lymphocoele which occurs higher up in the scrotum. It is just a prominent vein like on the back of your hand.
