A lot of fatigue , tiredness and sleepy
Since 4-5 days, when I wake up in morning I feel like all the energy from my body is gone. It is very difficult for me to get out of bed. And when I get out of bed, this tiredness remains for like an hour and also I remain sleepy. Earlier I used to wake up fresh with lot of energy but I don't know why this is happening now. My sleep pattern- 12 am - 8am

Some ppl are facing similar problems during lockdown. You will feel better by practicing good sleep hygiene. Have a regular bed time routine. Avoid afternoon naps, if necessary not more than 20 min. ** Dont use mobile / laptop screen 1-2hrs before going to bed. ( most common reason now a days) Do exercises, aerobics in the morning Try to have adequate exposure to the sunlight in th early hours  Eating excess oily , fatty foods can affect quality of sleep.
