A hard pimple on nose for almost 4 month
I got a pimple sort of a thing on the top of my nose almost 4 months back, which has now become very hard and won't go away. It doesn't cause any pain but looks very bad on the face. Can you please suggest some way to get rid of this and say what can this be ?

Hi. It looks like dermal Nevus. You can get it removed and may be send for a histopathological examination to find out what it is. Consult a dermatologist physically for this
