A cyst on the eye and nose joint

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My sister was born with a cyst on the nose where it ends, between the right eye and the nose. Have consulted the ENT and eye specialist and also undergone a surgery once. The cyst returned. It is not painfull. It is increasing in size. I don't know which kind of specialist to consult.
