A bubble inside lip
Inside my lip a bubble formed 5 days before a It was small ulcer kind which usually comes for heat of body , I take a b complex it goes off. I haven't notice now it is like a bubble and this time I didn't take any medication also

Your history suggestive of that may be a mucocele. So better visit a Maxillofacial Surgeon. Mucocele is kind of small cyst commonly occuring on lower lips.
Next Steps
consult a Maxillofacial Surgeon and clinical evaluation and if it is mucocele, then surgical exicision.
