I have a black dot spot on sole of foot from 4-5 years which wasn't there earlier, it isn't painful not it is growing,so is this normal and what is this thing?

this could be normal. you should get it examined if the size increases, shape, texture or colour changes, margins become irregular or the area gets elevated compared to surrounding skin
