90+ hrm while resting
Is that ok heart rate 90+ while resting . I get cold sweats while normal activity's. Is cold sweating is ok or should I consult any doc . Sujjest some normel medication. I feel some times havey in heart chest part.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Yes its normal uess you have any other medical condition. Normal heart rate varies from 72-98 beats per minute. Over 100 its termed tachycardia.  I would suggest you get yourself checked out once by a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.
