I'm now 8weeks no fetal heart beat large irregular gestation sac on 21/07/2023, beta HCG 2222 on 21/07/2023 bleeding slightly throughout day fills one napkin pad. Kindly update it's aborted or pregnancy is carrying out what's my status did I want to go for d &c orelse wait for 15days to do repeat scan

this is called missed abortion
you need to proceed with termination of pregnancy
