Hello doctor My kid 7months 10days old, we noticed frequent stools(3times a day) from 2days. Is it normal or do I need to take any medicine to control? No other symptoms Pls advise Weight -7.7kgs

3 times a day is perfectly normal as long as the stools are not watery... Most babies pass stools  after they feed... The weight is also appropriate for the age... So at present wait it out, keep breast feeding... There is no need of any medicines
