No need for ors .. continue breastfeeding adequately.. watch for reduced urine output.

There is no problem in giving ORS. But continuing breastfeeding is sufficient. As urine output is adequate and taking mothers milk well. As there is only 2- 3 episodes per day. You can give Z and D - zinc drops - 0.5 ml 0D that is 10 mg / day for 14 days.

continue breastfeeding till 6 months of age you can give vitamin D 3 drops 400 I U Once daily till 1 year of age.

If baby is passing urine 6 times in 24 hrs, just continue breastfeeding
