Hi doctor
My baby is 80 days old she has born early term17 days before, when she was 60 days old i fortunate to see a proper smile at me and after some days too she used to smile when playful but doesnt smile frequently . But now i observe she is not at all smiling and also from starting she is not looking at me even i talk i play she does look at other person if they interact or come closer.
She is babbling, also cooing too not yet started rolling and also when we make her distraction less focus on moving object too but whenever she is on mood not always.
She always always stares at lights and stays distracted so its very hard to talk and pull her concerntration.
When should i be worried and go for a consultation or shall i wait ?
