8 week pregnant and throat pain
My wife is 8 weeks pregnant now, from yesterday she is facing throat pain and fever . She took dolo 650 and fever settled down and in the evening we went for scan (doctor said everything is normal and we could see heart rate) and she prescribed meditax 200(cefixime ) and told us to give some blood/urine test. We have 2 concerns.
1. Is it safe to take meditax 200 during pregnancy for throat pain
2. Attached report shows abnormal values in total leucocytes count , is it something to worry ?
