7month baby eyes are red when wake up

My 7 month baby eyes are red at ends when he wakes up from sleep each time. He rubs his eyes soon he wake up. Is this reddness a concern ??

Hi .if it us unduly red , watering is there , we need to check for allergy and infection, blocked rear ducts etc.. You need to show to some eye doctor to get clear picture , they can treat it.
