7 yo Diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome
Hi everyone, need help for my brother's condition. He's 7 yo , few days back he had swelling on his face and feet. We consulted some local doctors but they said it must be allergy or something. But problem persisted, today we did a test and Doctor said he has Nephrotic Syndrome. Also one of the relative who's also a doctor said he might need dialysis. We concerned and confused. Can you suggest good hospital in Pune for this condition. Also how serious this might be ?

Hi , hi definitely has nephrotic syndrome . Usually it won't require dialysis .we don't have renal function tests , so we cannot be sure . Will need drugs to increase urine and decrease swelling . Also , he will need steroids to fix the disease . Can visit KEM Pune or DY Patil Pune .
