Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi.. i am 7 weeka pregnant now and having some symptoms only.increased milkt white odorless vaginal discharge, frequent urination, headache, sometimes nausea, but there is no vomiting sensation till now. Is that normal ? Whether i am heaving healthy pregnancy or not. Within 5 days i have first scan at doc office. But still i am worried !!
