7.5 month old baby not crawling
Hello, my baby boy is 7.5 month weighing 8.9 kg but he is not able to sit without support and not crawling. Is this delay in his milestones? He rolls over continuously from tummy to back and back to tummy and on both sides. Attempts to crawl but not able to do it. I have started him with solid food after completion of 6.5 months. Any suggestions on his solid diet or any other suggestion? Can we give salt and sugar in food also is cow milk preferable now?

If baby is breast fed , Breast feeding is best option, You can use pinch of salt--mildly salty. Avoid sugars, they develop sweet tooth. Sweets are not good for adults ,His mile stones are normal , he is active. weight is good .So ,relax. It does no go book like picture. It is absolutely fine. About solid food, .Give banana mash , give custard with banana and oranges small pieces, without skin. , slowly introduce a new item in small amount, and go on increasing the amount.
Next Steps
take all precautions against mosquito,, covid 19. think of immunization, hygiene , proper feeding technic.

Sitting without support comes at 7 months..so you can wait till 8 months. Crawling happens at 9 months ans some babies don't crawl at all. No salt and sugar and cows milk till 1 year. Please avoid formula milk and also packaged food like cerelac. They are not as beneficial as home cooked fresh food. Give khichdi, mashed potato, sheera, upma, idli, fruits, mix green vegetables in dal rice.  Type baby food recipes 6months india in google and you will get many options. Websites like Tarla dalal give many recipes.
