  4. 6th week ultrasound. Pls help me!

I m 6 week of  first pregnant lmp date is 26\11\2018 Two days before i am going to took scan doctor said there is gestational sac only no fetus seen and she says come 10 days after to take scan  so i m scared and feeled very bad pls help me doctor pls i need my baby but there is no symptoms for misscarrige pls help me
