If target scan is normal... no anomalies found.. that means there will b no birth defect in baby? My 6th month is going on but i m still feeling baby movement at lower abdomen... does it mean something wrong?

It only means that there are no sonographically diagnosable defects.
There are many defects which can't be picked up by sonography. Baby can have any of those defects.
