6m/o diarrhoea ,38temp, changes to skin
6 month old who had diarrhoea for over a week with a green colour to it and very smelly,poos shortly after feed. Today temp 38 degrees and eaten much less, doesn't want to drink.His skin feels different in touch much softer bit like candy floss. Sleeps a lot,when he is asleep he moves his legs a lot and grabs belly+wakes up then poos, poo is runny

What ever seen science you have mentioned doesn't seem very good. The baby seems to be lethargic and needs immediate attention. The baby must be getting dehydrated provide him with ORS. I would advise you to take the baby to a pediatrician he might even require Hospital admission for a day or two. Forest temperature you can give him paracetamol syrup 1 tes spoon (5ml) SOS
