6 month baby passing hard solid stool
My six months old baby is straing too m7ch and pass very hard stool everything.. I give her only pear puree sweet potato and moon dall puree... or veggie boiled water.. please give some home remedies.

Give plenty of fluids and high fibre diet like papaya,Dalia,khichdi.

At home you can add mashed papaya+some high fibre diet like thooli, Dal. Should wait for some time cos baby has started taking weaned food recently..
