5th month pregnant - dengue igM reactive
Hi, I am 5th Month pregnant with mild fever. Tested positive for dengue igM, and negative for NS1 and igG.Please advise. Please find attached CBC reports and prescription along with Dolo 650.please advise if it's current infection or past infection.

IG m means current ongoing infection. Latter it after acute phase gets convert into ig G positive which reflects old infection.       Hydration maintenance and fever control this are two main thing to handle.      Better to ger admitted for foetal monitoring and wellbeing.

Ns1 and igm shows current infection,if igg its past infection. You don't have to worry your rbc count is slightly low. About platelets in normal range. Should do cbc next day also check if there is any further fall in blood count. Tc
