Don’t worry first of all. Hydration and rest and treatment for the symptoms if you have is the only thing you can do. So relax and consult a physician

If u dnt have any symptoms like fever,cough,cold,breathless ness,else anything,dnt use anything.but do gargling daily 3times a day,take steam daily 3times.take vitamin D3 capsule weekly once for 4wks.have protienicious food
