50-60 hpf pus cells in 6 weeks pregnancy
I'm 6 weeks pregnant. While doing the initial tests it's shown that the pus cell in urine is 50-60 hpf. My gynecologist told its a serious concern and advised to do urine culture test. How severe is it and will it affect my child?

Pus cells indicate infection. Anything more than 10 is to be treated. Yours is quite high. Any infection in pregnancy is to be promptly treated as it can infect the baby and cause abortion or preterm delivery. Send a sample for urine culture right away. Drink 3 lit water per day
