My 5yr son (weight 17kh) is havinh cough and cold, runny nose from last 1 day. Can we give him Maxtra?

Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult.Yes you may give but it's important to rule out underlying respiratory infection.  So kindly do visit a pediatrician for same.
