5 year kid has wound in the left foot
5 year kid has cut wound in left foot finger towards sole. This wound is not due to cut or anything..but it is there from last few weeks and not getting healed. Need advice please.

Hi
Children tend to have minor cut while playing which sometimes they dont remember.
The wound is not healing since a week so it may be a underlying infection.
Treatment involves dressing of wound with short course of antibiotics.
