5 week 4 days pregnant, light bleeding

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I am 5 week 4 days pregnant and having light bleeding since a week now. My Doc did an early internal ultrasound to check and saw a 5.4 mm gestational sac. I have been light bleeding every time I go to the washroom along with some light spotting on the pad. Do I need to worry? Also, Beta hcg levels are increasing 100% in 48 hrs, checked thrice. Kindly advise.
