My expected period was 2nd Jan, however I got my period yesterday. I am having abdominal pain, backache and I am throwing up. I am not sure if its implantation bleeding or period. Should I test for pregnancy? If yes, when?

Get your serum beta HCG blood test done, its a more confirmatory test. If it's negative then it is your regular period.

You can do a pregnancy test with morning sample fasting urine
