my diagnosis is threatend abortion,if colour of blood is not black,if black then it is missed abortion so ultrasound is advised first and if foetus is viable then start best treatmentin form of complete rest in bed,hormonal treat in form of injection ,anf capsule your treating doctor already started, tab duphaston can be added and glucose in water or iv drip can be started.should not contact with male means husband, and inj pcg 5000iu weekly should be started, role of hormone is hit and trial, not all cases can improve but still still we start hormones,
