If child is only on breastmilk then nothing to worry but if you are giving milk from outside then you need to check as buffalo milk is heavy and you should check containers.

Is he breast feeding ? Is he taking any other food than breast milk or other milk?
If milk is new addition to the diet, may be baby is not able to tolerate the milk.
