Hello, How often a 4 month baby should poop (digestion)? Is it ok if he doesn't poop for 4 days? And what should mother eat for baby's digestion?

If baby is in exclusive breastfeeding, one stool in 7 days or 7 stools in 1 day either is ok

Hello , mother shld take fibre rich diet. It’s k if bay doesn’t pass stool for 5 days
