Dear doctor, I had unprotected intercourse ( semen didn't go inside he ejaculated outside everytime) during 15-18 April! , My regular period date is 5th , i took unwanted 72 pill after 90 hours , My Regular period date is today , but slightly lighter bleeding started on 2nd may and ended yesterday , I had bleeding for 3 days .. slightly Lighter than usual may be spotting , iam having body pain, cramps , and feeling weak , I'm still having pain and weakness, could it be sign of early pregnancy (implation bleeding) or normal due to pills ,please suggest me .

Withdrawal bleeding is a side effect of ipill, but it doesn’t ensure that you aren’t pregnant.
Your expected periods would be anytime around 3-4 weeks from the bleeding.
Do a pregnancy test in case there is no periods, because ipill has a failure rate as well

Ipill is known to cause irregular vaginal bleeding delayed periods
Also thy hv a high failurerate
Also preejaculatory secretions also contain semen
To rule out pregnancy u need a blood test bhcg
That can be done tomorrow
Less than 100 rules out pregnancy
Ideally pill should be taken within 72 hrs of unprotected intercourse.
Spotting may be due to I pill.
Do urine pregnancy test tomorrow to rule out pregnancy.
If test is negative, wait for-a week for proper menses.
