I am 39 weeks pregnant my edd is 13 oct.its my Frist pregnancy .still I don't have any symptoms. Today was my doctor visit and in USG fatal engagement is cephalic cardia arterty postive may be i am not reading correct . But what does it means please response me .thanks in advance
