36weeks 6 day pregnant
My wife blood pressure is 148/104 ..she is 37 week pregnant..mild nausea...baby movement is normal...what should shedo now if bp is high..

Do a fetal Doppler to see the baby's blood flow is normal or not n then deliver the baby

As Pregnancy is reached 37wks, there should induction of Labour or Direct LSCS to be done to revert changes of sever hypertension for  well being of foetus and mother. After delivery of baby hypertension will be under control with medication easily.
