Hi im in mh 32weeks of pregnancy i was having mild diarrhea 4days back from that time im having pongal(moong daal kichadi) made up of ginger curry leaves and jeera... using daily ginger in kichadi is safe na? However im not eating ginger i put them side jus add them during food preparation
