The skin seems dry with some scales.
Use caladryl lotion or any mositurrer lotion prevention of dry skin!
Can also take tab levocet 1 tab 2 times a day for 3-4 days
Hopefully that's should help you.
But better to consult your dermatologist in person if no relief of symptoms
