Hi im in my 30 weeks of pregnancy.. i was Taking duphalac daily night 10ml, but i got mild diarrhea(type 5 stool) so my doctor suggested me to stop duphalac and take sporlac ds daily twice for three days... i taken 2days course and i constipated for 2days so i stoped taking sporlac ds and yesterday morning after brkfst i took 5ml of duphalac and on the same day afternoon my bowel movement little bit started afternoon once and evening since and its little bit ok to pass easy... so my question is why im constipated is it coz of i got diarrhea or after taking sporlac ds i constipated? Should i take Sporlac ds today's dose and complete the course or stop it?

Don't take sporlac-ds , follow healthy lifestyle take healthy balanced diet green vegetables salads and seasonal fruits avoid pineapple papya oily spicy food drink adequate water will help you in conception
