Duphalac syrup daily in pregnancy
Hi Doctor,
I am 8 weeks pregnant I have constipation
Doctor suggested to take duphalac syrup 15ml daily in the night. I am using from 2 weeks
Is it safe to use daily in pregnancy ? Please advise

Constipation during pregnancy is very common
Drink plenty of water
Have fibre rich diet
Stop iron supplements (if any)
Duphalac can be used in pregnancy but only for a short course
