30 week pregnancy
Good evng dr I'm in  30 week pregnancy and I have 2 types of calcium supplement,pls suggest which one should i take. 1st contains 150 mg calcium & cholecalciferol 500 IU N 2nd contains calcium 500 mg and Vit D3 250 IU. Also tell carbonyl iron is good or ferrous sulphate iron is good in pregnancy. Thnx

Hello there, The supplements needed in pregnancy depends on weight of the lady. But overall calcium supplements should contain 500mg as minimum dosage Both forms of iron are good! U can choose whatever suits you best as intolerance for iron tablet is to the salt preparation and not iron itself

Hello there Take 500 mg calcium and ferrous sulphate. Take protein powder for pregnancy and one multivitamin tablet once a day.

Take calcium 500mg and vit D3 250IU .. and Ferrous sulphate is good in pregnancy..
