3 year old having running nose
Since I sent my 3 year old to school, she has on and off cold cough etc and I do understand it happens to kids. But now since last 18 days my 3 year old has continuous running nose and chest congestion(chest is not blocked). No fever at all. We cannot put her on meds again and again. I am frustrated what to do. I can see she is irritated too for running nose so long. Also on and off she says throat pain. Please suggest

It could be allergic rhinitis. Also we need to check if she has adenoids or ear infection or allergy to any household or at school items. Recently did u change anything at home? Like curtains/ washing powder for her clothes?

since its there for now 18 days, so giving simply medicines should not be done. so you need to consult a pediatrician near by and examined her.
