First of all no woman can become pregnant within 3 days of sexual intercourse. The implantation occurs 7-8 days after fertilization and fertilization occurs at the best 24 hours after sexual activity. And symptoms of pregnancy can come only after implantation. So you should do her urine pregnancy test if she overshoots her dates.
