3 day fever
I've had a fever between 100-103 for 3 days. It calms down with rest and paracetamol/ibuprofen but then keeps coming back. Also shivering, head ache and muscle ache when the temp is up, and very little sleep.
That's it, no aching joints, vomiting etc. I've been to Nairobi, Kenya, in the last 2-3 weeks but the malaria risk there is low.
Do I need to go to a doctor? Or ride it out seen as I don't have a very high temp?

TABLET PARACETAMOL 500ONE TABLET THREE TIMES A DAY ROUND THE CLOCK.
CAPSULE OCID-D BEFORE BREAKFAST FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS.
TABLET TRAMADOL PLUS TWO-TIMES A DAY FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS.
PLENTY OF LIQUIDS.
