2nd IVF Cycle - Needs Input! This time.

Hi This is my 2nd IVF Cycle. Day 3 Embryo ( 2 Embryos) Transferred on 8th Jan 2019. My Weight is 79 KG. Medicines Followed are as below ; Progyanova - 2 × 3 × 2 tabs Mysocyst M - 1 × 1 × 1 tabs ALL 9 Tablet. - 0 × 0 x 1 tabs Ecosprin 75 - 0 × 0 x 1 tabs Duphaston.10 - 1 × 0 x 1 tabs Thyonorm 75 - 1 × 0 x 0 tabs Susten 400 - 1 × 0 x 1 vaginal tabs Aqasusten 50mg - 1 × 0 x 0 Injection LMWX 20 - 1 × 0 x 0 Injection Beta Test Data - Hcg - 46 mlU/ml on 21-01-2019 (14th Day) Hcg - 53 mlU/ml on 22-01-2019 (15th Day) Hcg - 137 mlU/ml on 25-01-2019 (18th Day) Hcg - 228 mlU/ml on 25-01-2019 (19th Day) Had little bit of brownish bleeding on 23-01-2019 and having sore breast with bit of pain. Wanted to know how is the chance this time. I missed only vaginal tablet Susten 400 for 3 days. But had medicine and injections regularly. I am eating vegetables and at home and vegie. My last IVF didnt click and the Beta HCG didnt increase after 500 miU/ml. Kindly let me know the chance this time.
