28 weeks pregnant
I am 28 weeks pregnant and having pain on my lower back and lower abdomen. My cervix length is 2.6 cm. Doctor has suggested me for complete bed rest. Want to know what are chances of having premature labour with short cervix length? Is there any way to avoid this? I am on medication of susten sr 300, tidalan 10 mg, shelcal hd, uprise.

Cervical length should be 3 cm.Better get done ciclage operation so you will be feel relaxed till term.Otherwise too much risk of premature delivery.Bed Rest with elevation of foot and continue the progesterone .
