24/7 Lower back pain

Asked for Male, 20 Years

First off I’m only 20. I’ve had lower back pain for almost a year. Mostly on the right side but the left too. It’s all day and never gets better. I’ve seen a doctor and it was just a waste of money. And it’s not how i lift!!! I’ve been through that and do the correct way. Need help bad
