Sir.. I have given my baby calpol 2.5 ml three times a day but fever comes again ..should I wait for 3 days And continue giving calpol when fever comes...he has runny nose too...

If the baby is active and feeding well with fever controlled by paracetamol for 5- 6 hours then no need of antibiotic , you can continue calpol 6 hours once and can give medicine for cold too if you have any. As u have neither mentioned age nor weight of the baby it's difficult to suggest dosage.

How old is your baby and what is his weight? Based on that only I suggest dose of the medicine
