23 month old child dont talk

My 23 month old daughter is not social...she sometimes doesn't responds to her name called...her hearing is perfect...IQ is above normal..makes eye contact...likes music...doent talk..eyes also normal..

Hearing should be assessed by hearing tests(BERA & other tests) (eventhough you feel it's normal) if not evaluated till now.. as hearing problem can lead to child not talking till 2yrs of age and not interactive with others.. kindly consult pediatrician and ENT specialist
