20 mm gall bladder stone

I have a 20 mm gall bladder stone n I m 2 weeks pregnant as well.kindly tell me is it possible to remove gallstone without operation? And if I want to continue my pregnancy then my baby ll affected??my age is 32 yrs .no severe pain I upper abdomen. Slight pain in the center of my stomach

the stone seems asymptomatic medical therapy won't remove it, the pregnancy won't be affected but if it becomes symptomatic one can't say no surgery is required as such in this period but you can consult a general surgeon for this
